We spend months finding the best factories around the world - the very same ones that produce your favorite headphones. We visit them often, and build strong personal relationships with the owners. This hands-on approach is the most effective way to ensure a factory's integrity.

In traditional retail a HiFi cable is marked up 6x by the time it reaches the customer. By being online only, we eliminate brick-and-mortar expenses and pass these savings on to you.

Within the warranty period, customer can, on the basis of invoice and warranty voucher, request of warranty services as follows:

30-Day Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee
If, within 30 days of purchase, there a fault with product, customer may request to have it replaced or returned. Refund Terms Product must have been bought within the last 30 days and show no signs of damage or abuse. Please note that we can only refund shipping costs for an error on our part. If you used a promotional code to pay for any part of any item you are returning, you will receive a credit refund for only the amount charged to your card.

Important Things to Know
- Return Authorization may be requested up to 30 days from the invoice date. - Items must be returned in its original condition and including the original packaging. - It is highly suggested to use a traceable shipping method for all returned items. - If an item is being returned for credit, no credit will be issued until the item has been inspected. - Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments. - Products returned for refund will be credited within 7-10 business days of the receipt of the item(s) and the refund can only be in the form of a credit to the original purchasing credit card. - Please kindly contact our customer service-team by email once you find you need to return the product.
